Thoughts for the new year
2008 is now well and truly upon us and here at Turquoise we are busy focusing on developing and delivering workshops and programmes to meet our client's needs.
Over the last 12 months I have become increasingly aware that, despite living in an affluent society with a multitude of support agencies and services available, many people still feel alone and uncertain as to how to deal with the life issues they are faced with.
My 2008 short workshops programme has been specially developed to enable people from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances to attend at a time and cost which will meet the majority of needs. Please take some time to look through the 2008 programme, maybe there is a particular topic which is of interest to you or you could choose to attend all six workshops which together will provide a powerful programme of personal development.
It is a well known fact that a problem shared is a problem halved. When you participate in a Turquoise workshop you will have the opportunity to both share with and listen to others who may have similar experiences to yourself.
On the 30th January I will be delivering the first short workshop of the year at the Hub in Verwood, Dorset. Titled 'Break the Habit' below is a taster of the areas we will cover:
'This workshop is well timed to give your New Year’s resolutions a boost. At the start of a new year, most of us use this opportunity to take a fresh approach or make changes in our lives. As the days and weeks pass, old urges and habits can creep back and life’s challenges often see us reverting to old behaviour. Make 2008 the year when you succeed! Enrol on this workshop and strengthen your Personal Action Plan'
Why not give yourself that boost to achieve your goals, come along and join us. You can find more details in the courses section or email us at at info@turquoisepersonaldevelopment.co.uk
