Gratitude

When you feel grateful for something, notice what it needs and do what you can to take care of it.

Do something that captures that feeling of “being alive”…. a walk in the quiet of the evening, space for yourself where you can gaze at the stars or a dip in the sea or a nearby river, whatever the weather.

Do a good deed, however small and seemingly insignificant. Be amazed at the ripple effect, encourage others to “pay it forward”.
